If a company cannot fix a widespread major issue like this in a year then they don't deserve our business. but black screen was gone.. Only running 13.12 drivers, without the control center UI. If the display is still blank or gibberish, the my recommendation is to once again boot into Safe Mode, possibly Safe Mode with networking, and update your video display drivers.
about the issue:I am certain that my problem was not caused by hardware failure because I never experienced this problem before I installed catalyst 14.4 stable or 14.6 beta.
