Damn I disabled all those who are not Microsoft even my antivirus extensions and when i try to right click again it is blazing fast now! The problem seemed to occur when I right-clicked on certain .exe files (but not all of them). Here are the steps required for resolution: 1.) Download and execute ShellExView. 2.) Scroll down to the Extension Name (leftmost column) "snxPluginsShell Class", right-click the entry, and choose "Disable Selected Items".
In all honesty, however, it's not only the number of items in the context menu that can slow it down.
