So I access Safe Mode With Networking again, and this again switch my mouse plug around - this time switching with the Keybord... Try one of the other Safe Mode options. I am running 64 bit Win 7 and my arrow keys work all the time. I went out and bought a wireless laser Logitech Mouse (M310 model), and it also won't switch to left-handed use. No Cursor In Safe Mode
Ethernet won't work either if i choose to enable that in safe mode. Starting sfc and canceling it should have had no adverse effects on your system.
