Screen Blinking


It will happen randomly as in after a few re-starts it seems to go away. This was a clean install from a couple of months ago, and everything was perfect. To do this, open up Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc simultaneously. I found out today if I am running a system scan it will not flash at all but as soon as the scan is complete it starts flashing again, anybody have Check This Out
