Outside of this thread, I've tried many different suggestions to make it work. Microsoft doesn't seem to feel it is a serious enough problem for a good fix (IMHO). We are going to teach you how to do these tasks in a flash. Even my Synaptics Touchpad driver was messed up by Windows 10 updates.
This is covered under the section " Disable Automatic Windows 10 Driver Update" in your article. If this solves your problem, there could be trackers or other issues with a normal page. It happens in both browsers, Firefox and Chrome. I feel a HUGE loss coming on for me...
