nevermind the main battery doesn't hold much more than 10 minutes of power anymore but its nice not have to set the clock ever time i power it up now. But manufacturers don't like that idea. It's MUCH more likely something else is wrong, especially since you say the fan spins. This way you will get a faster, better response from the members on Motherboard Point. Check This Out

Let's see if i can use this fix to get it to work. The Fan is Noisy¶ The fan makes a lot of noise. I ordered the battery on e-Bay.
