Investigation is underway.***Update*** 3/10/2014 - You may have to set it to small after you have completed the fix and then set it to medium again. Restart your system and your problem will be fixed. Still does it It does it randomly and it does when i swipe the touchpad. To disable go to "Control Panel -> Display" and tick "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays".
