As far as i understand it is because there whrre programs installed on our pc's witch wasn't compatible with win10. Yesterday I got the constantly flickering screen with nothing working. It starts to enter safe mode but then shuts off before it even opens. I've tried doing it in Safe Mode and the screen just goes blue and nothing happens.
- I can't even log in in safe mode, when I do, the computer just restarts and the same thing happens where I get to the log-in screen with the log-in symbol

I had no problem whatsoever with my PC while running Windows 8.1.
