I did not try hibernation because I never used it before. Normally, you would want your mouse/keyboard to do this, so there's no need to change that, but other hardware may be causing the screensaver and power options to never activate. Anyway was sitting infront the computer a few minutes ago i wasnt doing anything so it was idle an the monitor went into standby.
