I reverted back the setting and that only took afects if I did a restart. Windows 10 Screensaver Won't Start I tried a different display driver revision, just in case it might help. The Fast Startup feature, which is by default setted to ON in Windows 10, may causes the issues.
I then changed the timeout in the Group Policy Editor, the timeout said "ten minutes" in the standard dialog however it still shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.
