It's most disappointing that you only get secpol.msc in the Ultimate, Professional (old Business) and Enterprise editions, and not in the Windows 8 Home Premium or Basic editions. A lot of fine grained control possible, but didn't see Picasa. says I need permission from administrators to remove this file. i followed every thing step by step.
